We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure items are securely packed to prevent breakage during the return transit.
How do I care for my Gibson Homewares ceramic products?
Most of our ceramic and stoneware collections are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, we recommend checking the bottom of each piece for specific care instructions or gold-rim detailing that may require hand-washing.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Due to the fragile nature of homewares, accidents can happen. If your items arrive broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number for a full replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
