Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile glassware or ceramics are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
